Our all-inclusive fee is
Half-Day Mediation (max 4 hours): $650 or
Full Day Mediation (max 7.5 hours) $1250, covering the entire process from start to finish. Your mediator will discuss with you if a half-day or full-day is recommended based on the unique circumstances of your case.
A deposit of one-half of the mediation fee is due at time of signing the agreement to mediate.

Notarizing your mediation agreement is a critical step to ensuring the document holds up legally, reducing the likelihood of future disputes. We make this process seamless and accessible, allowing you to focus on moving forward with confidence.
Notary service fees are included as part of the mediation fees. Please let us know when booking your mediation that you wish for your agreement to be notarized.
We also offer virtual notary services for documents outside of mediation for a fee. Please contact us for more details.
