Mediation services are available for conflicts in any state or country. 

All mediations are done via the Zoom platform so you can attend mediation from the comfort of your home or office.

At Clear View Mediation, we understand that resolving disputes can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a streamlined, stress-free approach to help you reach a fair and lasting agreement—without the need for long, in-person sessions.

We’ll work with you to create a comprehensive written agreement tailored to your unique situation. This plan includes:

• Clear terms for resolving your conflict.
• Built-in communication guidelines to promote long-term understanding.
• A detailed outline of responsibilities, timelines, and any necessary next steps.

• Flexible Mediation Options: Choose between 2-way mediation or individual sessions with each party—whichever is most comfortable for you.
• Convenient & Efficient: No in-person meetings are required, and we keep sessions short, effective, and goal-oriented.
• Fast Turnaround: Your agreement will be fully drafted within 48 hours of the final mediation session, most times same day. 

We’re committed to helping you find resolution. If you don’t reach an agreement within an agreed upon time frame between us and you, we’ll continue working with you until you do—at no extra charge.

Our all-inclusive fee is Half-Day Mediation (max 4 hours): $600 per party or Full Day Mediation (max 7.5 hours) $1250 per party covering the entire process from start to finish. Your mediator will discuss with you if a half-day or full-day is recommended based on the unique circumstances of your case.

All parties will participate in the pre-mediation intake process so the mediator can gain full understanding of the case. All parties will be required to sign an agreement to mediate in order to participate in the session on the scheduled date and time. A deposit of one-half of each party's fee is due at time of mediation agreement signing and is required before scheduling a date and time. 

As part of the mediation process, ensuring your agreements are legally binding is essential. Because of our commitment to excellence, we offer professional notary services to help finalize written agreements between parties, giving you peace of mind knowing your resolutions are properly documented and enforceable.

Our notary services include:

• Notarization of mediation agreements and legal documents
• Fast, reliable, and convenient service for all parties involved
• Remote and in-person notary options available, depending on your needs
• Professional and confidential handling of sensitive legal agreements

Notarizing your mediation agreement is a critical step to ensuring the document holds up legally, reducing the likelihood of future disputes. We make this process seamless and accessible, allowing you to focus on moving forward with confidence.

Notary service fees are included as part of the mediation fees. Please let us know when booking your mediation that you wish for your agreement to be notarized. 

We also offer virtual notary services for documents outside of mediation for a fee. Please contact us for more details.
